As a courtesy to our patients, we file most major insurance plans. We make every effort to understand your policy and communicate that effectively to you so you can make an informed financial decision regarding your treatment.

However, there is no way that we can know every policy in detail, so we strongly communicate that an estimation of dental insurance benefits is an “estimation” and not a guarantee of payment. Insurance is a contract between you, the patient, and your insurance company. Final payment for dental treatment, regardless of what the insurance does or does not pay, is the patient’s responsibility.
